This review is long overdue. This is an amazing store, great customer service especially from Usha Patelji! I had a horrible experience at Malani Jewelers and the owner of Malani arrogantly told me to try Bhindi Jewelers. Guess what, I drove straight to Bhindi the same day and they turned out to be an amazing store. I had the opportunity to work with Ushaji and she was very attentive, kind and patiently helped me and my husband with our needs. Unlike Malani, where Customer Service personnel are arrogant and treat customers like a nuisance. I recommended Bhindi to several of my friends and they moved from Malani to Bhindi since they also had the same awful experience. The pricing is also way way better and the jewelry is Made in USA (They told me Bhindi Jewelers make their jewelry in Los Angeles). I will be returning again and might become a life long customer.
