Bhindi Jewellers provides a 10-day, no-questions-asked, exchange on all products and services purchased of equal or higher value items, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail (info@bhindis.com) or phone and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by Bhindi Jewellers will be deducted from the purchase price. The following terms must be met by you. Return the merchandise to us within 10 days of your original receipt of the order.

• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition and should show no sign of wear, misuse or damage.

• You must include all packaging materials.

• You must pay any return shipping expense.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 10 days of original delivery, we will issue a store credit . Alternatively you may choose to get store credit for the returned item for purchase of another item at a later date.
